Iโm a copywriter and content strategist who believes the right words donโt just sound good, they convert.
I started my career in journalism, where I learned how to ask better questions, research thoroughly, and tell stories with intention. That foundation continues to guide how I approach every project: with curiosity, clarity, and respect for the audience.
Professionally, Iโve worked across both corporate and agency environments, supporting national brands, fast-growing businesses, and mission-driven organizations. Most notably, I spent several years as an in-house copywriter at Landryโs, where I wrote and supported marketing for a large portfolio of nationally recognized restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment brands. That experience taught me how to write at scale, adapt quickly between brand voices, and balance creativity with real business goals.
More recently, Iโve brought that experience into agency work, collaborating with designers and strategists to deliver websites, campaigns, email marketing, social content, and long-form copy. My agency experience spans healthcare services, B2B educational technology, and consumer-facing brands โ including Pinson & Tang, Chrysalis, Kountry Boys Sausage, and The Spot Restaurant.
Alongside my professional work, Iโve also contributed volunteer editorial writing for EveryLibrary, a nonprofit advocacy organization focused on supporting libraries and access to information. This experience reflects my continued connection to journalism and mission-driven storytelling.
What ties all of this together is a deep respect for thoughtful storytelling. I know how to balance creativity with structure, personality with precision, and brand voice with strategy โ whether Iโm refining a website, developing a campaign, or helping a brand say what it actually means.
